Reading the reviews below, absolutely same problem.Shipping is a complete lie and this has been going on for years when you look into it so can only assume they don’t care so why offer this service! Ordered keyboard and mouse as was “in stock and available to ship”. No delivery update after estimated time of delivery passed and customer service unable to help. Now have to wait for delivery to eventually turn up to then return. Bought same items from another retailer, delivery in 2 days!Not what I expected from direct from supplier. BUY ELSEWHERE, do not use Logitech.com.
