I bought the MX keys mini for Mac and the M720 triathlon and I had an issue, when I picked up the package at the delivery point, the keyboard had been stolen. The Logitech team was super efficient and replaced the item (it took a few months, as they had to send it from a different country). I give a 10 to the service. Both items are excellent, but the mouse surprised me a lot. I thought I could not replace the Apple trackpad, but I was certainly wrong. I am happy with the results of both items.
