Frustration upon frustration

LinkedIn clearly don't care about customer service - whether you pay £100k a year for a company's account or you are a free account holder, the service is the same - APPALLING. No one is available, they want to access your profile and it takes ages to get something solved.They know how important their platform has become and they simply don't care about customers. It's a money making machine slowly turning into another instagram/facebook model
