It is... what it is. LinkedIn exist for one purpose only: to sell recruiters a platform wherein they can get applicants to feed them resumes... for jobs that, 95% of the time, don't exist. YOU... the applicant should be dealing only with actual employers, NOT recruiters. Honestly... have you seen who is recruiting for positions that they know nothing about... really?? LinkedIn exist to sell space to anyone claiming to have "a great opportunity. Apply now". Don't waste your time. Learn how to find a job, and invest your time prudently.
