Shocking high price of Linkedin Premium

I have had a long break away from LinkedIn. But I have a new startup company designing and selling jewelry and I thought LinkedIn would be a good platform to network to form collaborations. It's only possible to message a few people per month free on Linkedin, so I considered paying a monthly subscription fee, but then I experienced the shock of my life when I clicked on the subscription link and came across this message:'After your free month, pay AS LITTLE as £69.99*/month/ save 13% when billed annually.' £69 PER MONTH!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! WHAT PLANET ARE THEY FROM THINKING THAT £69.00 PER MONTH IS A LITTLE AMOUNT? IT'S A RIDICULOUSLY HIGH AMOUNT, ESPECIALLY FOR STARTUP COMPANIES run by people who may need the platform the most. Whoever decided to raise the fee so high has ruined the platform because now proper use of LinkedIn is reserved for the wealthy—businesses that are already successful. But this forms a catch-22 situation because the very people who need it the most are priced out, but successful businesses don't really need it, at least not as half as people like myself. I noticed that GREED has ruined so many marketing platforms these days - pricing thousands of people right out - Hootsuite is a prime example. The people behind these platforms seemed to have lost touch with reality. £69.00 per month is a lot of money for most people. When - I say when, I have got past the starter stage and sales are ROLLING IN and I can easily afford Linkein's ridiculously high monthly subscription fee - you know what - I won't bother because I don't want to help line the pockets of people fuelled by greed.
