Stay away from LG products. I bought a gas dryer, and had problems right away. I called the customer service, and they scheduled an appointment with an authorized dealer. The service man came in and said will order a part for me, and after repeated calls and voice mails never pick up or returned my phone calls. I called LG back, and they said will contact the authorized dealer. It’s been almost two months and no response. Horrible company and product.
