WILL NEVER BUY LG AGAIN!!!! Bought a LG dryer, the plastic piece (corner) of the lint catcher broke off, ripped several of my clothes. I got a new one from the store I bought it from. That one broke off. Got another one, now it was not fitting in the lint catcher holder properly, kept lifting up catching clothes, ripping more clothes. I then realize the lint catcher hold also broke a piece off causing sharp corners that would catch clothes and as they spin ripping them. I called LG directly regarding this issue. After an hour on the phone she tells me she is going to cover the issue under warranty bc my warranty was expired but the tech cannot come for over a week. I call the company directly to see if they would come earlier, and they tell me they do not service my area. I call back speak with another agent who kept putting me on hold to find a company in my area. He tells me he will call me back in 1 hr. 2 days go by no call. I call again, she now assures me she put a claim in for damaged clothing & I will recieve an email and promises to find a repair company in my area & will call me back. NO CALL BACK AGAIN!! 3 WEEKS go by I call again. They tell me they are still trying to find someone. I find someone in my area, the people who sold me the dryer, but they need a consession form sent by Lg to warranty it. I call for the form they tell me someone will review and sent in about 2-3 days and then the company will call me to schedule an appointment. And the claim for damage clothes in still in the DAMAGE LIABILITY DEPARTMENT. I still have not heard from that department either. At this point I have to tape the dryer to dry my clothes without ripping more clothes. THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE!! THEY SHOULD BE TAKEN OUT OF STORES NEVER TO BE SOLD AGAIN!!!!!!
