Garbage Customer Service

I created this account just to write this review. I had what should have been an incredibly straightforward question question regarding setup of a wall mount with an LG TV. I had a hard time finding the model's owner manual online, so I figured taking a few minutes to speak with someone would be worth it. Nope. I called their customer service hotline and proceeded to have the most infuriating experience of my short 22 year lifespan. I was transferred to SIX different departments within their customer service, each time given some bs excuse of why it wasn't their job to assist me. I had to start from the beginning with each person in asking my question. I have truly never dealt with a more incompetent group of people. Absolute joke of a company.
