Bring back my Miele part 2

10 days later LG eventually turned up after making every excuse not to, guess what they couldn’t fix it, they weren’t even LG skilled! The insurance engineer used our owners manual to take it apart LOL, he showed us a small piece of fluff which he said may of caused the breakdown so it’s our fault our fault our fault, until he found a broken drum and shaft, he put it back together and said it’s virtually scrap and we need a new machine, the drum shaft was beyond any repair, but what’s shocking it’s hardly used and only 3 years old in mint condition. He now has to raise a report to send to LG and Capital repairs to hopefully get approval to carry on the repairs, he’s now quoted about a month from 22/08/2019. How on earth do people cope with only one machine when it’s broken, probably back to a laundrette. Common sense tells all to stay from LG products, They do look nice but really are poorly made products. Stay away from LG and their thieving warranty.If LG read this they can go ++++ themselves as I’ve just bought another machine from AO and it’s not LG
