A caveat on the poor quality of LG's, the water/ice filter IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, (color me surprised NOT) THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! If you don't mind dealing with arrogant people dare to call but be prepared to talk to someone who will come across as you're wrong and they are right! I submitted a work order online and after 2 MONTHS DUE TO MY COMPLAINTS THEY CANCELED IT AT THEIR END SO THEY COULD SAY I NEVER SUBMITTED ONE......IF I COULD GIVE THEM A MINUS 10 I WOULD. Oh BTW their appliances are as bad as the customer service. I've had problems with the refrigerator and the microwave hood. A fuse went out on the microwave hood and due to it's very poor design made it so that you have to take the microwave off the wall and get into the back to get to the fuses. What a crock LG has gone downhill in the last 10 years from when I first got the washer and dryer, they have ZERO INTEGRITY too bad LG you're the worst in all areas!
