LG Support constantly fobbing me off

LG Support constantly fobbing me offI've got a faulty TV which I am trying to return using the business support (it's business TV) and they keep telling me they have encountered a problem and have had to delay the return of the TV... It's now been over a month since I raised my first request and my business is seriously suffering without the TV. It needs to be fixed or replaced, and is covered under warranty, so why on earth it can't be sorted, I don't know. I now get absolutely no response from the support email address. I will NOT be using LG for future business devices.
