Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I reported a faulty washing machine on 10.4.24 to LG.2 Engineer visits, with the same outcome the appliance can't be fixed as the part is not replaceable. 1 month on and I am no closer to anyone taking ownership of this faulty appliance. Pacifica, the company that LG use to repair their washing machines is just as terrible as LG from a customer service point of view.This is the 2nd LG washing machine we have had in 12 months.This is unacceptable!
