Terrible Customer service AND fixed review sites..?

Bought a convertible laptop from Lenovo that looks great, and seems to be a excellent package a hardware standpoint. Unfortunately like most on here, the terrible customer service through them will likely keep me from purchasing another piece of hardware from them again.A few months after purchasing my C930 the screen autorotate function stopped working. After several hours troubleshooting on my own and through Lenovo, I was told it was a hardware malfunction.My options were a minimum 2 week repair, or to pay $80 above and beyond the standard warranty to have someone fix it sooner. As someone who uses their system regularly for work, a 2 week wait is not feasible, and paying an additional $80 for a faulty $1300 machine to be fixed faster simply is poor customer service, and a poor policy.It is understandable to run into hardware issues on any computer. It is NOT to request a 2 week turnaround or more money to address these issues. In a time when Apple dominates the market largely on their customer service, it is extremely disappointing to be reminded of why Lenovo and many other laptop manufacturers still trail significantly behind their gold standardUPDATE:When trying to review the product on their website, noticed there is no way to do so as a normal consumer. This is beyond a red flag. On further review, I would unquestionably avoid doing business with Lenovo in the future and suggest others do the same
