Worst Experience With Defective Lenovo & Paid Warranty

My Thinkpad Gen 7 was about 20 months old when the A/C plug smoldered and smoked. My CPU would not charge for a day. I paid for an EXTRA warranty coverage as this is my primary work CPU for my small consulting business. Working off a horribly slow back up!The process of reporting the issue was dysfunctional.Horrible phone connection/disconnected multiple times, transferred, on hold - hour+ call to report issue.It took another 3 days to receive their box/Fedex label.I shipped my laptop for repair and it was received 9 days ago. Nobody can give me a status update. My rep stopped replying to my emails. I called CS and an 83 year old man (nice guy) helped me out but I had to repeat myself 3x for him. He didn't want to hear my frustration at all. No idea what's going on with my computer now and nobody understands my concern!!! Super pissed. Never buying Lenovo again.
