Eight days ago on July 12th I placed an order for ThinkBook 13s Gen 2 Intel (13”) , after I was misleaded by Lenovo promo campaign "Cyber Monday in July". On the specific product page it was advertised that the shipping time is 5-7 days. Few days later (on 15th of July) I checked the order status and it showed delivery in December which later was changed to mid November.This is almost 5 months from now instead the advertised 5 - 7 days. Furthermore on the same date I checked their website and the product still was on sale with a shipping time 5-7 days stated below the price (I got a screenshot). My personal opinion is that this was completely unprofessional. So I contacted Lenovo customer support 5 times in a row ending up nowhere. They promised to check my case and to respond within 24-48 hours but it never happened. The simple truth is that they simply don't care about their clients neither hesitate to mislead them intentionally. In exchange I was offered a much cheaper laptop with 10% rebate, that you can get if you contact them for very first time without being a disappointed client. Lenovo, this is not a proper way to do business for sure. I cancelled the order and I'm completely sure that I would never ever buy Lenovo again!
