Terrible laptop and warranty service

I've been using computers for decades and never had one that randomly reboots without warning like the Lenovo IdeaPad S540.The hardware is faulty but Lenovo refuses to send a technician to diagnose it although it's still under premium onsite warranty.It wants me to re-image and re-install all my software and do more troubleshooting (after 2.5 weeks of it). And it's expecting me to do this additional 15-20+ hours of work for free.I would not recommend anyone buy a Lenovo computer due to its poor hardware quality control and awful warranty service.
