My Lenovo trust just went to zero.

My Lenovo trust just went to zero.New laptop came with 5 keys from the keyboard not working.Replacement laptop came with a darker quarter of the screen.Meanwhile a month of logistic, between call centers and post services.Not been able to work with the new laptop.Lenovo sells laptops without making any test on them. Using the buyers to test their machines. Fortunately, the problems were obvious. Keyboard and screen and I was able to identify immediately. But if these are problems that anyone can identify immediately why Lenovo doesn’t do it and why Lenovo stills sells the computer, what is the trust one can have on buying a product to Lenovo? All the remaining problems that show off after some usage time are still there, but if Lenovo doesn’t identify just simple problem, what is the hope on finding problems which are more complex or difficult to identify.Sad of Lenovo for the lack of professionalism.
