Im still in shock

Company charged me twice on £2000+ laptop. Still waiting for refund after 14 days. I have been left without mean to support myself and unable to chase the issue due to illegal company policies! I was denied a correspondence address for legal proceedings. The customer service department claim they cant directly call the billing team. Leaving a 5 day turn around between each email.... my health is at risk due to having no money, but this company refuse to resolve and the customer service team literally cant help. I have made claims under data protection act for SARS but was told it was not company policy! This is uk law but Lenovo does not adhere to uk law! Im now been told that lenovo is not responsible for over charges from company who could not get there money due to my bank being emptied! Be very carefull when dealing with this company! I personally wish i had never interacted with them at all. Original purchase on the 5/11/22 still not resolved by 25/1122
