I bought my laptop on the 28th Sept 2023. Last week it developed a fault and it's within 12 months so I thought I would be ok. However, Lenovo have the warranty as being registered on the 30th August 2022. One day after the manufacture date on the back. So, they are claiming that the day after it was built it was shipped, sold and warranty registered even though I have proof of purchase from last September. They claim they can't change the warranty date even though it's clearly wrong. It's their database! What they have done is probably illegal. Customer service is diabolical and they just don't care. Never buy Lenovo.
