Lenovo sells defective laptops

Lenovo sells defective laptops and has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I bought a Legion 9i that completely failed due to factory defects—issues with the CPU, voltage regulation, and overheating. I reached out multiple times, and after over 2 months of being passed around with no answers, I was left completely ignored. No solution no replacement, no repair no communication for a faulty CPU from factory. They don’t provide email support, don’t connect you with the technical team, and just leave you hanging. Lenovo refuses to take responsibility for their defective products, and their customer service is an absolute joke. The motherboard is literally the most IMPORTANT and most EXPENSIVE part of the computer, yet somehow they took no measures or precautions to protect it, and on top of that, if it no longer works, you may have to buy the MOST EXPENSIVE part of your pc, AND for a LEGION that already costs a LOT so their motherboard would be the priciest. On their website, it literally sells at 4k$, the price of the computer itself, imagine this insanity.This company doesn’t care about its customers, only taking their money and running. Save yourself the hassle—avoid Lenovo at all costs.
