The website is an absolute anti-ergonomic mess. You can't find anything. The VIP syste is sheet, login handling between lego IDEAS/.com/etc is sheet, presentation of promo offers is sheet. When you try to get cash for you VIP points you have to go through a sheetty redeem system, points don't appear when you expect, etc... So lego web team, please build a big lego cliff and throw yourselves off it.
