I reordered my kids Christmas present, mid January, a Lego head after it came with parts missing. I was told after check out the item would take 2 months, until March 16th. When it didn't arrive I got In touch with Lego, only for them to tell me its now back in and I should reorder. They have cancelled my order and not bothered telling me. Then dismissed my complaint on the phone, telling me to just reorder. Pathetic and incompetent!
