Company policies go against their own ToS.Got my order shipped for free, but by the worst post carrier who did not deliver at all. In the end, it seems like I have wasted a few hours just to find out I will get nothing cause they "do not ship through third-parties".The support is meh, very slow and unhelpful, the chat bot isn't smart, as it keeps asking the same things, and if you, god forbid, close the chat, you have to provide the same info yet again and start all over.Literally disappointed with my first, and I bet, the last order.
