I bought a very expensive set 'Jazz Club' as a present. The transaction went through and then I got another email saying that the transaction was not accepted and was cancelled. This is after going through a two-step authentication with my credit card provider. I then contacted lego to say I still want the transaction to go through and there has been a mistake - the transaction is genuine and not a fraud. A little while later I get an email saying that they will no longer accept orders from my account and I am effectively banned from their website! I can hardly believe it. I bought a very large builder set (over £200) in mid-2022 as a gift for the same person. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth.
