Very poor customer service!Order (EUR 400) placed on 28/11 to ensure that it will arrive before 05/12 (Sinterklaas in the Netherlands).The parcel was delivered almost one week later, on 05/12 but at 22:40. They ruined my child's Sinterklaas experience this year. My child waited the entire day but the gift did not arrive.I formally complained in writing to their customer service and they responded that they do not see any problem as the parcel arrived on 05/12. They did not comment that it arrived at 22:40!!! No compensation offered.They are very slow in processing orders so next time I will buy sets from private sellers instead of them. Utterly useless!
