£429.99 on a set for our son.A part missing. It happens, I get that. 2 weeks later, no part, no despatch of part and no response to the complaint about it. So the 3rd complaint is now in and this review is left. The products are great, of course. The service is shameful. Sorry son, lego don't care about you, they just wanted my money. The Christmas gift has been completed by ordering from Ebay - the part took 48 hours to get here, 2nd class. So we can see how much this company actually cares.
