Good Luck Trying to Reduce Licenses...I needed to reduce the number of license we had which you would think should be as simple as with any cloud based product.Not So.The only way to reduce licenses is to contact LP support (Log Me In Support) and then put in a request. One major flaw is that their support is pretty non-existent.Also their licensing is pretty old hat as it's an annual license. They advertise "monthly costs per user" but you in fact have to pay up front for a year so it's pretty much false advertising to gain sales.It took from January to August this year to try and get the licenses sorted (in the interim we are now running the free version) and I'm now finally talking with a support tech on email who is wasting my time.I have sent screen shots as he seems to believe I don't know what I'm talking about and said he does not have the ability to reduce licenses from his side. WTAF?In my opinion the system is specifically designed to make it almost impossible to reduce your license count.My one question is why when you have full functionality at your fingertips in the Admin Console to increase license count does Log Me In not allow the additional functionality of lowering license count on the slider?Absolutely stinks!
