This platform was good a few years back. I've struggled with it the last two years. I'm done now and shopping for a different platform. Family access never worked. Authenticator disconnects. Multiple times I could not save new passwords or change information within an existing one. Proceed cautiously. When I've asked for help on getting family connected they don't help. They just say watch or read help content but following the steps still hasn't worked. Over it.
