After using the product for 10 years (!) and finding it pretty average (poor design and ergonomy), I decided to switch to another one. I tried to cancel my paid subscription but I found out that I couldn't do it on the dashboard. So I reached out to their support team and it's been a week and it's not been done yet.As you can see from the other reviews, this company is a dumpster fire..
