Unbelievable! I can't log in because their system is not sending out a confirmation email. I try to get help but am stymied at every turn because - and I quote - 'Live chat with an agent is a feature of paid accounts. Since you're not logged in, I can't tell what kind of account you have.'They can't claim that it's a problem on my end because I use an icloud email account. I was going to switch back to them for my main password manager, but I've decided to keep my sanity instead.
