Kroger customer keeps you on hold upwards of 45 min and hangs up/drops the call the moment you get on the phone. No one can provide answers and they send you in circles. Your customer service sucks!!!!!! This customer service experience has been exponentially painful given no one can provide answers for my dispute -- Kroger and Ralph's is known to have gift cards yet their employees can't properly activate the gift cards sending you into a downward spiral where you never get answers or your money back.
