The rudest possible pharmacist answered the phone this morning. Again, they had not filled my insulin devliery sytem which is supposed to be on auto fill. When I called to make sure it would be ready. He told me it would be a few days. A few days! Are you aware of what happens when a diabetic doesn't have the insulin delivery system they use for a few days. And I told him I called YESTERDAY to make sure it was filled. This has happened EVERY month since we had to renew the prescription with the VGO company after it had been refilling just fine for TWO YEARS. Then he says, if you will just calm down. And that's when I lost it. I hate that place. Stay away from Kroger 22-3 in Maineville if you have anything except the most basic prescription. There are only 4 technicians that know what they're doing and have manners and are actually willing to help without shooting off their mouths.
