My experiences in their stores is that they are very rude and unfriendly. Their advertising is very deceptive in that the fine print always has a number of exclusions on their "specials" such as requiring the customer to buy 8 or 10 items to get the discount price. Who wants 10 of an item to get the discount. The staff is rude and act like they do you a favor to do their job. I joined BJs Club and the difference is amazing. I will never go back to Kroger and I have several friends and relatives who have left Kroger due to similar experiences.
