If I could give less then a star I would. I had an instacart order on 12/6 and when I the groceries were delivered, they were the wrong ones so I called instacart and they said they would put in a refund request but that I would have to order my groceries again and basically be out the money until the refund (which is very difficult for us due to the pandemic). On 12/13, I called to get an update on the refund and instacart never sent the request to kroger!!! Kroger requested the refund again on 12/13. I called today 12/23 and they said there was an error in processing the refund!! I was never notified of this!! If I hadn't called, I would have never known. So here we are almost 3 weeks later and they are putting in yet another refund request. I am completely disgusted in the mishandling of this matter and will be shopping elsewhere for here on out.
