If you want a quality service to do your shopping for you in times of need, then I recommend not choosing Kroger clicklist. Every single time that I have tried to use it, they've let me down. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and thinking that they’ve worked the kinks out in the many months/year since I’ve been utilizing it, but instead of getting better, it appears it’s getting worse. It started out with lazy shoppers that didn’t feel like looking thoroughly for the items that you put on your list, so they marked it as unavailable or out of stock when it was fully in stock. I would show up to pick up my order and maybe have an eighth of my order that actually made it to my trunk-which meant that I had to go shopping for myself anyway. Now they’ve got shoppers shopping 6 to 10 orders at once on a big cart, so each single person who is waiting for their order is waiting longer because they’re doing too much at once. I set up an order early in the morning to pick up between 4 and 5 PM today, and got a text after 4 PM saying that my order wouldn’t be ready to pick up until between 5 and 6 PM. If that’s not bad enough, I was on my way there at 5:45, and I marked myself on my way on the app, and I got a phone call saying that they thought it would be another hour and a half before it was ready. Seriously?!? I told her what she could do with the order and went in and did it myself in less time, but more aggravation. Simply not worth the time, effort, and headache it causes.
