I have had a horrible experience with the instacart who does your deliveries. I was charged over 63.36 on a home delivery this was not even my order!!!! The person that did my shopping didnt even notify me that the order i placed was not even in stock or provide me with the receipt. I depend on home delivery due to the covid and have not every had a problem with kroeger . The woman ian that took my complaint couldnt understand my complaint and advised that she would process a refund but i need to wait 7 to 10 days . I strongly urge anyone using the home delivery to stop!!!i When asking for the persons name who charged my account refused to give me the information
