Amy with global services at Kroger was VERY rude and condescending! I’m super disappointed in how they treat customers. Had to fight thru several foreign customer service reps that I couldn’t understand to get to her and in the end I’d rather have dealt with them. Kroger would do well to send her to customer service training. Have her quit blaming a customer for website errors. If Amy stays in management then Kroger deserves to decline in popularity and sales. I’ve had tons better experiences with Walmart and it’s obvious that there’s a reason why they do more business. Pick your game up Kroger!
