Does Kroger have a customer service desk after 5pm. I don't think so. If this company is not going to have the customer service desk open. DONT SAY HOURS UNTIL 8pm. Krogers in canton michigan on Ford road and Krogers in Plymouth Michigan on sheldon and ann arbor road just horrible. Never has the customer service desk been open during evening hours since the summer.. That's soooo sad. Krogers should just announce to the michigan region Krogers there customer service desk not open after 5. I will not be going to these too krogers I will head to meijers. Why is it meijer customer service desk is always open 8am to 10pm. Get it together Krogers. Oh and kroger is always saying they are short handed. No excuse when meijer can consistently have their customer service desk open all the time. Krogers really deserves a 0.
