I am a customer who has been using Kroger app for quite some time (at least 2 years). I started using the digital coupons awhile ago. Every time I did my discounts never applied to my account. While in-store customer service would provide me the refund, this got frustrating because of the time it would take up in the store. I have done everything, remove the app downloaded it again, upload digital coupons several days before going to the store, emailed Kroger, and finally called to try to get help. Calling for tech support was the final straw for me. I am sure this person was in another country so it was somewhat difficult to understand her. After taking me through several things to get her into my account and look at my receipt she finally claimed that “your coupon credits are on your receipt.” I asked her if I add the discounts on the receipt (not digital discounts) they should not add to my digital discounts and she said “correct.” She was absolutely NO HELP at all! My digital coupons clipped did not work. The discounts on my receipt were for the in-store add discounts. I have no intention of calling back for more frustration. Whenever possible I will shop somewhere else from now on.
