I went through the self checkout and scanned all of my groceries. I had about six Frozen items and six non Frozen items. After scanning everything I did not get a receipt and ask the attender if she could get me a printed receipt. She then told me that I would have to take every item back out of the bags and rescan everything to get the receipt. I told her that I wasn't going through all the trouble to do that plus my frozen items were defrosting waiting around. I thought that it should have been her job to take the items out and rescan them if that's what was needed to do. I am not a paid employee of Kroger.
