I tried the new delivery service, it was terrible. They substituted iceberg lettuce for cabbage. I figured no big deal should be an easy fix. When I called Kroger, they told me they couldn’t help me. I they directed me to the delivery service, but could not give me a number. For the life of me, I could not find a way to get in contact with the company to get the iceberg lettuce situation fixed. With the way, groceries are nowadays, and all the shortages. I would not recommend this service. They are going to have to make some substitutions, and occasionally something may go wrong, which would mean you would have to be able to contact the company. They have made that as difficult as possible. I would not recommend the service at all. Kroger has permanently lost my business.
