I had to have a prescription filled today. Unknown to me my prescription was sent to Kroger in Edgewood, Ga. However I do my shopping at Kroger in Glenwood, Ga. Fortunately I was greeted by the pharmacy 's cashier Kahlia, she was great. She downloaded my record to make sure where my prescription had been sent. All the while consulting with Keith the Pharmacist on duty about the prescription I was prescribed.Keith went above and beyond. He took me directly to an OTC product that would solve my issue. He even asked me what happened. Kudos to these two professionals. They made an unfortunate day 1000% better.
