From start to finish, the entire ordeal was a testament to Kroger's utter disregard for customer satisfaction and basic decency.Let's start with the delivery debacle. After eagerly placing an order for groceries, I was subjected to an agonizing wait of over three hours for the delivery to arrive. Three hours of my precious time wasted, thanks to Kroger's abysmal logistics and lack of respect for their customers' schedules.But the nightmare didn't end there. When the delivery finally stumbled its way to my doorstep, it was like a slap in the face. Not only was the delivery late, but it was also incomplete, with several crucial items missing. It's as if Kroger couldn't even be bothered to fulfill the basic task of delivering a complete order.Naturally, I reached out to Kroger's customer service in hopes of rectifying the situation. But what did I get in return? A cold, indifferent response that sent shivers down my spine. I was informed that Kroger was unable to redo the order and could only offer a refund. Fine, I thought, at least I'll get my money back. But no, Kroger had other plans. They had the audacity to tell me that the refund would take a mind-boggling 45 days to process.Are you kidding me, Kroger? Forty-five days? Do you expect me to twiddle my thumbs and wait patiently while you sit on my hard-earned money for over a month? This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is beyond comprehension.Kroger's utter failure to address my concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner speaks volumes about their lack of accountability and commitment to customer service. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment and resolution from Kroger. But alas, they have failed me, and I will not soon forget it.Consider this a warning to all potential Kroger customers: beware of their empty promises and abysmal customer service. Save yourself the headache and explore alternative grocery shopping options.
