The Kroger app is awesome. I click coupons and they automatically apply discounts at the register. Also, Kroger sends me monthly paper coupons in the mail of items I regularly buy. BUT, about 4 years ago, I tried their delivery service. I ordered online and it asked if I wanted to include a tip. I added 20%. When the female driver arrived she begged me for a tip. I explained that I added it to the online order. She looked puzzled and begged for a cash tip. I said I already tipped. She begged me for cash a few more times. When she left, I decided never to get delivery service again.
