I use them a lot even when app is slow or transaction gets declined but not my bank but anyway today blows my mind.I always try to use lightening btc because of the low cost but of course half the time it works and others it doesn’t. Today I tried all day to use lightening on several transactions but always had to go back to standard btc process. I withdrew $145 from my btc account and by time it reached its destination an hour later it was $37.00 . There responded with I should pay more attention to the fee and yeah I get it but never in a million years would I ever expect a $108 fee. If they flagged it when it gets that high so we look more closely or put it in dollars do it’s easier to decipher. Of course I asked to speak with a supervisor but have yet to hear from anyone. I probably bought and traded $2000 in btc the last two days alone . I know that’s nothing to them but it’s a hell of a lot to me. I won’t be doing anymore business with them and I’m visiting every review site I find.
