About 1 year ago, I accidentally sent $500 of ETH to Krakens wallet. It was the wallet Kraken uses to send funds to users who withdraw from the exchange. This was done within minutes after the same wallet owned by Kraken sent the ETH to me for the withdrawal. To be clear, Krakens wallet sent the ETH to me, I immediately sent it back, by mistake. Despite complying with all requests by support, demonstrating with 100% certainty this mistake by blockchain data, and being told for literally a year now that this would be resolved, Kraken has done absolutely nothing to return my funds. Their exchange services work well, but any honest company would have rectified this mistake long ago.To be clear, the wallet that received the mis-sent funds is not another kraken users wallet, it is Krakens wallet, that they use exclusively for sending ETH to customers who withdraw ETH from the exchange. To add insult to injury, Kraken stopped responding to any of my requests for an update about a month after this occurred. Come on Kraken, you’re better than this.Support ticket 12004301.
