Charts stucked. Send them video of how my trades are actually moving and they chart doesn't. Compared with Binance and Coinbase. There all was ok. So I ended up loosing money because i opened my trades and suddenly everything is forzen. Their support can't answer me for hours. And when they do it is like "try to reload the chart". OK! I am doing it! And after that again no response for hours. Of course I wont be compensated for all my losses but who cares :) This is nothing but a scam platform. I don't know which are the authorities that allow such frauds!
