I am now on my third Kobo and love them , I would highly recommend them and their after sales team are the best.I had a problem last year and somehow ended up with a audio book, I do not listen to books I like to read them so I phoned Kobo and they refunded me my money and installed the book on my Kobo.This year I bought a new Kobo but because of a change of email address not all my books went on the one. I got in touch and within 5 mins all my books were transferred and both emails were put under my name. I love my Kobo I take it on planes , trains , buses and cafes, iot takes up less room than a paperback and is light and easy to use.
