I haven't had any problems with Ko-fi for a very long time. I always found everything I was looking for quite quickly, and transactions in both directions were never a problem. Now I did have a problem, and Ko-fi support was quick to respond. Everything was resolved, and I was very happy with the friendly way my issue was handled.Customer support is an important part of a platform, and Ko-fi left a very good impression on me.
