This is my second experience of migrating to Klaviyo, having gone through the process with a previous company a few years back. Alex from the onboarding team provided a very detailed plan of action right from the start and guided us through the process swiftly. With new features to use since the last time (E.G SMS), he was able to set us up and answer any questions we had. Our weekly calls were really useful to keep us on track and go over company specific strategies we could deploy. The online chat service is also fantastic. I used this several times over the past few months and the team were quick to response, even on some very detailed issues. We have just completed the migration phase and will now begin the real start of our journey to grow our business.
